Yes, we provide concierge service from 08:00 to 23:00.

The tourist season begins from April and ends at the the middle of November. Due to the mild climate, you can visit the island throughout the tourist season.

Your passport is certainly required.

At an addittional cost, our accommodation offers transfer services from and to the airport/port. Just give us a 24-hour notice about where and when will you arrive.

We collaborate with external companies that you give us unbeatable quotes.

The accommodation is 8.5km away from the port and 5.5km from the airport.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Unfortunately, due to structural limitations, we cannot host guests with mobility difficluties.

Usual check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to help. Please note if you need to check-in or check-out more than 2 hours earlier or later, respectively, there is an extra charge. We will notify you about it in our pre-arrival communication with you.

The accommodation provides free luggage storage.

Please note that all our apartments are for non-smokers. Guests wishing to smoke can do that in their private outdoors space.
